31400 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by 31400. Continued use of the platform indicates that you have understood and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms may be updated from time to time; users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 31400 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this website.

Use of the 31400 platform is restricted to individuals who:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
  • Are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia;
  • Are not subject to any prohibition or restriction imposed by any relevant authority;
  • Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party without valid authorisation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the platform. 31400 reserves the right to deny or terminate access for any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to register one account only. Any attempt to open more than one account using the same name, identification number, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 31400 account password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately. 31400 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

General User Responsibilities

As a user of the 31400 platform, you agree not to:

  • Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law;
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or transactions;
  • Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the platform;
  • Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any other party;
  • Disrupting or compromising the functionality or security of the platform.

3. Payments, Transactions and Financial Policy

All financial transactions on the 31400 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus payouts — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies without prior written approval from management.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment methods used are registered under their own name. The use of third-party cards or bank accounts without valid authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and further investigation. Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and supported local bank transfers.

All withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen method and account verification status. 31400 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal to ensure security and procedural compliance. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the user's account settings.

Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

4. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

Grounds for Account Suspension

31400 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account in the following situations:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or system abuse;
  • Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe;
  • Third-party complaints requiring investigation;
  • Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.

Permanent Account Closure

Permanent account closure may occur when:

  • The user is found to have repeatedly violated the terms of use;
  • There is evidence of multiple accounts being opened for abusive purposes;
  • The user is found to have provided false information during registration;
  • The user requests closure for personal reasons.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, 31400 reserves the right to withhold the remaining account balance as compensation for any losses or costs incurred. Where an account is closed at the user's own request, any eligible balance will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been met.

5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

31400 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or unexpected transaction outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 31400 platform — including text, logos, graphics, user interfaces, software, and code — is owned by or licensed to 31400. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from management.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

31400 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Governing Law
